TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS
All returns or exchanges must be INITIATED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY and must be RECEIVED by OUR WAREHOUSE within 14 days of receiving your order. We encourage you to check the item(s) as soon as they arrive to ensure timely processing should any issues arise.
CONDITION OF ITEM
Items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and include all original tags. Any product that has been used, damaged, or altered from its original state may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Exchanges for Fit
We understand that getting the perfect fit can be challenging. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you're welcome to exchange it for a better size. Please ensure it is returned in its original condition as mentioned above.
RE-STOCKING FEE
There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the processing and administrative costs associated with returned items and helps keep costs down for all customers.
CUSTOMIZATION EXCEPTION
Please be aware that orders with any form of customization, including but not limited to league patches, and name and number additions, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These orders are uniquely crafted to your specifications and cannot be restocked.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders placed beyond 24 hours are ineligible for cancellation as they have either begun or completed processing. Materials for these orders have already been allocated, and the order is on its way to fulfillment.
