HOW long until i RECEIVE MY items?
If you choose standard shipping, your item(s) will arrive in roughly 10-15 days! We greatly appreciate your patience as both our team and the shipping carriers are working as fast as possible to get your package to you in a timely manner. During the holidays, please make sure to order 3-4 weeks prior to delivery to ensure your item arrives on time.
I didn’t receive a tracking number
Please expect a confirmation email within 24 hours after your purchase. Please make sure to check your email’s spam/junk folder as well. Tracking numbers and instructions will be provided to you via email roughly 7-10 business days after your order placement, or even sooner at times. If you still have not received a confirmation email or tracking information, please contact us as you may have entered your email incorrectly by mistake. We will send you your order information manually in this case!
MY CREDIT CARD DIDN’T PROCESS, WHY?
As a measure of fraud prevention, we verify that the billing address and card verification value (CVV) you provide matches the information your credit card company has on file. For the fastest processing, be sure to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Our orders are processed through an automated billing and shipping system. We will call or email to verify orders that our automated system cannot process. We appreciate your patience while we take these additional security measures for your protection.
MY package was damaged in TRANSIT
Please accept our apologies if the carrier did not deliver your package in the best condition. Sometimes accidents out of our control may occur. Just contact us within 3 days after the delivery and send us pictures of the damaged item via email. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace your jersey as quickly as possible!
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders placed beyond 3 days are ineligible for cancellation as they have either began or completed processing. Materials for these orders have already been allocated, and the order is on its way to fulfillment.
HOW SHOULD I CHOOSE MY SIZE
For fan versions: These are standard-sized. However, if you typically wear sizes L to 2XL, we recommend ordering a size up for a comfortable fit. If you're a 2XL, please be aware there's a 50/50 chance the fit will be right.
For player versions: These jerseys have a slimmer cut. If you prefer a looser fit, we suggest going up by one or two sizes.
